VATT Invest Poland planned a new, 5,200 sqm warehouse in its Wrocław Logistics & Office park. The VATT Small Business Unit (SBU) building will be dedicated to smaller tenants, offering them leases which start at 500 sqm. “Small units will always be a small percentage of the total, because the total is a big number, but generally we have seen lots of demand for this format. “ Edwin Vat, VATT.EU business associate for Europe, told ‘Building & Construction Magazine’. “With our own 35h land bank at VATT Park Wroclaw, we are able to answer the market’s demand at any time,” said Edwin Vat.
